Educational cum Orientation Visit to NCDC, Delhi

General Instructions for Educational Visits

1. Visit Schedule

Visits may be organized for either one day or multiple days. Individual requests will be considered.

Schedule for organizing one-day educational visit:

Note: Visit shall be strictly organized as per the above schedule. If the corresponding Wednesday is a holiday, the visit will be organized on the next available working day.

2. Minimum Number of Students

3. Maximum Strength per Batch

Number of students will be restricted to 50 per batch. If students exceed 50, they will be divided into two equal batches and visits will be conducted on two separate days.

4. Selection Criteria

Visits shall be arranged on a first cum first served basis.

5. Educational Visit Fees

For Private Colleges / Institutions:

Batch Size Visit Fee (Per Day)
Up to 25 students ₹ 5,000/-
Up to 50 students ₹ 10,000/-
Up to 75 students ₹ 15,000/-
Up to 100 students ₹ 20,000/-

The visit fee must be paid via Demand Draft payable at Delhi in favor of “Director NCDC Delhi”.

For Government Colleges / Institutions: No visit fees will be charged.

6. Submission of Request

A formal request letter for Educational cum Orientation visit must be sent through the Head of the Institution and addressed to:

The request letter (along with original demand draft, if applicable) must reach NCDC at least 3 weeks prior to the proposed visit date. Scanned copies should also be emailed to: dirnicd@nic.in

7. Confirmation of Visit

After receipt of the request and demand draft (if applicable), NCDC will send a confirmation email. If the desired slot is unavailable, an alternative date will be fixed as per mutual convenience.

8. Refreshments

Tea with light snacks will be served in the morning and afternoon. Lunch arrangements must be made by the institution/students themselves.

9. Reporting Time

Institutions must ensure that students reach NCDC before the stipulated time for smooth and timely conduct of visit sessions.
