Guest House / PG Hostel Instructions

Guests shall fill in the prescribed form and submit a clear copy of a valid Government-approved Identity Card. The amount payable will be communicated through email.
Accommodation shall be confirmed only after receipt of the prescribed payment through PFMS.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the NCDC Campus, including the Guest House premises.
No mess/catering facility is currently available at the Guest House.
No outsider/unauthorised person shall be permitted to stay in the allotted room.
Guests shall carry and produce their valid Government-approved Identity Card as and when required.
Guests shall comply with all rules and instructions applicable to the Guest House and NCDC Campus.

Note: While making payment online in NTRP/BharatKosh, please select the following options carefully:

PAO: 021186 – PAO (NICD), Delhi
(Now: National Centre for Disease Control, Delhi)
DDO: 221187 – Director, National Institute of Communicable Diseases, 22 Alipur Road, Delhi – 110054
(Now: 22, Sham Nath Marg, Delhi – 110054)

If the user selects the wrong PAO/DDO, the fee once paid shall not be refunded and must be paid again to avail the service.
